Waiver
Using our services, websites, facilities means you are accepting or signing our waiver. Please read the waiver and if you don’t agree, please don’t use our service, facilities or websites.
Note: This Terms and Conditions is for Membership and Players belongs to a program such as Academy, Crush Card, Club, Camp, Live Stream, League, Live Stream and Class Pass
Member’s Responsibilities and Obligations
You must register on our site to purchase any programs that we offer on our website. You must fill the truthful information as we requested. Be at least 18 years old or above and you must follow the procedure that we have. Upon registration, it means you agree to all our Terms and Conditions and as may be modified by us from time to time when needed.
Member’s Account and Password
All our services are being supplied via Membership Account in consideration of the payment depends on the subscription plan.
After you receive the receipt of your payment in accordance with Clause, Incredible Crush will provide a service Account in your name and you are permitted to access the service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The password you made is under your responsibilities. You must be responsible for keeping your password safe. If you have noticed any unauthorized use of your Account and password you should notify us immediately.
You should be aware that public internet users can get your information and its unsafe. You should logout after you use any public computers.
In the event where you sign up for the account and you still cannot access the services, you may directly contact us at coach@icrushball.com.
Payment and Prices
Payment and charges are shown on the website at the moment of purchasing the services. We ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate. We will inform you if there is an error in the prices stated on the pricing page.
We choose to use US Dollars on our website as a currency as we are operating here in the Texas United States.
The prices shown are inclusive of any taxes.
We should receive the payment first before you get the services you wanted. Payment shall only be deemed to have occurred once we are in receipt of cleared funds.
Upon ordering any services on the website, you can pay through credit card, debit card, Stripe or Paypal.
We do not accept payment by check, mail or fax.
We have to right to validate your credit card or debit card details before providing services to you. You must comply with the correct account details.
We have the right to refuse in placing any orders.
Refunds
Incredible Crush will not be going to refund after signing up for the plan. Please make sure that you are going to use the class or services before placing the order.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order of your subscription anytime but we will not give a refund if you cancel the order.
It is your responsibility to follow the process of cancellation. You should not terminate your account by simply sending us an email.
After cancellation, you will not be granted to access any services.
Any breach of your payment obligations or unauthorized use of the Service or Incredible Crush will be deemed to be a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Incredible Crush in its sole discretion may terminate your password, Member’s Account or use of the Service if you breach or otherwise fail to comply with this Terms of Use.
Upon termination of this agreement, all rights and obligations of Incredible Crush and you under the agreement will be extinguished.
Deactivation
We will investigate the account that is having illegal activities or breach of our Terms and Conditions. You will be deactivated if you failed to comply with our Terms and conditions.
Internet Delays
Our services are subject to limitations. Any internet-related problem and electronic material for communication failure is not part of our responsibilities.
Notices
Notices shall be given to us via email at coach@icrushball.com or to you at either the email or address you provided to us during the ordering or registration process.
Notices can be received only during office hours within weekdays
No Medical Facility and Services
In the event of an accident, we do not have facilities and personnel to handle injuries. We will send the player to a hospital where he/she can be treated. Booking our service will not grant you to have medical services when injured. We are not liable to any accident happen during tournaments, training, and classes.
No Pre-Medical Assessment
We do not have a pre-medical assessment. You should check your health before you play our tournaments, training, and class. We are not liable for any injuries caused by your health condition.

Booking Policy
Once you booked our services, coach, and court with us we are assuming that you have read all the Terms and Conditions that we posted here on the Terms and Conditions page. If you booked our service you are fully responsible for attending the class or service on a specific date and time you have had a reserve.
Reschedule
After booking a service, you are able to reschedule using your Booking Account dashboard. You are only allowed to do rescheduling 3 days before the reserved time and date.
Cancellation Policy
All services booked are not refundable. You are only allowed to reschedule 3 days before the service you booked, but not to refund. Please make sure you put the right service before you placed the order. The inability to attend the class or service is not accepted as a reason for booking cancellation.

Incorrect Services or booking details
If you booked the service by mistake, please contact us immediately at coach@icrushball.com to correct the details. If you booked and you are wrong with the date and time, you can rebook and change the time and date details by going to Booking Account and click Reschedule button.
Miscellaneous Information
If it happens that these Terms and Conditions conflict with any law under any provision may be held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties, such provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of these Terms of Use will remain valid and intact.
