Coach Jose

I have played volleyball for 17 years and counting. I had the opportunity to play at a young age in the Dallas Parochial league (DPL) then progressed to start all for years at Jesuit Dallas. Afterwards I continued to develop by playing club in college at UNTD against other schools in the Southern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (SIVA). Since college, I have continued to play as an adult in USAV and NAGVA tournaments. I began coaching locally in 2018 which involved Rec center programs/camps in the Southeast Dallas area. I have since developed a passion for shaping leaders and helping build character through volleyball.

Coach Lexus

I’m Coach Lexus, a collegiate assistant coach and Assistant Director at Incredible Crush Volleyball with three NJCAA National Championship titles and over 8 years of coaching experience. I bring 11 years of playing experience, including being a four-year varsity starter at Royse City High School and competing collegiately at ABU as an Outside Hitter and Middle Back.

I currently coach at Dallas College Eastfield, where I focus on player development, positional training, and preparing athletes to compete at the next level. At the club level, I train athletes of all ages and skill levels, helping them build confidence, consistency, and strong volleyball fundamentals.

Outside of coaching, I continue to play sand volleyball to stay connected to the game. My availability is limited, so please email info@icrushball.com if you’re unable to find a time that works.

With a comprehensive understanding of the game from years of playing and coaching, my objective is to instill a love for the sport while helping players reach their full potential and enjoyment. As an avid indoor and sand volleyball player, volleyball has always been my passion.

Coach Joe

I have played on a top 25 ranked team at a DI college. I have experience in all aspects of the game. I have coached doubles sand players to specific positions on indoor court, from MH, OH to setters and defense specialists.

Coach Payton

I played competitive volleyball for 14 years, and now I have the pleasure of staying in the volleyball world as a coach. I grew up playing volleyball in the NTR region and spent most of my volleyball career as a MB/RS. I played 4 years of D2 college volleyball in South Carolina before returning to Texas. I specialize in hitting/blocking, but am well trained in all aspects of the game. I am looking forward to sharing my love for the game with these amazing athletes!

Coach Ken

40+ years of vb starting at 10 years old. Grew up on the beaches of Southern California (BB/A rating), OH at Los Angeles Loyola High School, DS/L Los Angeles Pierce College, Medalist California Police Summer Games, 7 year club parent,  5 years coaching club for Slam in Plano and Bullitt in Rowlett, assistant boys coach at Rockwall High School.

Coach Kee

I graduated from Jackson State University, where she played D1 volleyball and earned a Bachelor’s degree in science and works in the field of education.  I played as a 6-rotation hitter, specializing as an OH, MB and defensive specialist, winning numerous awards and recognitions.  In my capacity as a coach, I have served as a high school assistant and head volleyball coach in Mesquite, Garland and Richardson Independent school districts.  I have coached club volleyball for more than 10 years, serving 13U, 15U, 16U, 17U, and 18U.  My goal as a coach is PLAYER DEVELOPMENT.  My coaching philosophy aligns with iCrush’s core values: coachable, respectful, uplifting, sportsmanship and hustle.  My passion for teaching and serving drives my motivation which allows me to set high expectations for myself and those I serve.  I strive to build confidence, grit and love for the game, while building character, teamwork and discipline.
