How It Works

Purchase your evaluation pass for the age group you want to attend. Each event requires a separate purchase.

Check your email for login credentials to your iCrush Portal.

Log in to the portal, add your player's name, and select the evaluation date you want to attend.

Bring your QR code to the event for check-in. Registration is required for every event you attend — this helps us ensure we have enough coaches available.

What is a Club Pre-Evaluation?
A Club Pre-Evaluation is a tryout-style event for athletes who want to be considered for an Incredible Crush 2027 club team roster. Coaches evaluate athletes, provide feedback, and share details about the club.
When can offers begin?
If an athlete is a good fit for our club, offers may begin May 18 in accordance with NTR rules. Because we are only carrying 5 teams in East Texas, our goal is to have rosters set by June 6.
How does registration work?
Each evaluation event is purchased separately. Select the event date and age group you want to attend, complete your purchase, and you'll receive check-in instructions. Want to attend another date? Purchase that event individually.
Are these weekly classes?
No. These are specific standalone evaluation events — not recurring weekly classes. Each event is purchased separately. All current events are at Hallsville Middle School.
Where are events held?
All current events are held at Hallsville Middle School in Hallsville, TX. We also have a Longview location at 720 N Sixth St for future events.
Do 13s and 14s train together?
Yes — at Hallsville, 13s and 14s are evaluated together as a combined group during the 6:30–8:00 PM session.
Why only 5 teams?
We are intentionally keeping our East Texas program focused and high-quality. With only 5 teams, roster spots are very limited. If your athlete is serious about club, we encourage you to register early and attend multiple evaluation dates.

Our East Texas Club Pre-Evaluations serve families from Hallsville, Longview, Kilgore, Gladewater, White Oak, Marshall, Henderson, Carthage, Gilmer, Ore City, and nearby East Texas communities.
